*Insert logical fallacy here*

Modern rock music cannot possibly get any worse.

Rock music has slowly declined in its message, power, musical complexity, and originality, and it has crept dangerously close to the line that separates rock from its annoyingly bubbly little sister, pop. Pop has long been known for it's lack of originality and talent. Artists often curse themselves for being tricked, by photographers, into posing without clothing because they fear that it will brand them as a "pop star" or "teenybopper". Lately, modern rock has lost its credibility and rock stars now care more about fame and getting voted onto TRL then making good music. The easy listen has become more important than the quality one. This sentiment has caused rock musicians to narrow their musicianship to power chords and their lyrics to break-ups or obsessions, the signature of pop music. Therefore, modern rock music cannot possibly get any worse because then it would become pop and no longer rock.

What it means to be an American...

For suing whomever you please
For our Manifest Destiny
For acts of blind hypocrisy
The all black NAACP
For generation MTV
the troops of "non-conformity"
For being big boned, not obese
For fame with lack of privacy
For freedom of speech comedy
For the Chappelle Show on TV

For lack of responsibility
For 04's voter apathy
The death of Tupac and Biggie
All these define our country
The land of life and liberty
Of racism and poverty

The literary equivalent of Frankenstein's monster....in the colonial times...

While the ships stayed (1) in the sundry of these storms (2), those that escaped...buried the rest (3). Being six or seven in company he went down the river (4) and others were excercised in fishing, about cod and bass and the other fish(5). On the tenth of February 1675, came the Indians with great numbers upon (6) the Greeks (7). In secret place (8) the party loving (9) Greeks (10) set their wigwams on fire, and away they went (11). Indians with their Squaws and Children (12) went along that day mourning and lamenting (13), yelling (14) "All things within this fading world hath end" (15). Is by His hand alone that guides nature and fate (16).

And on the 5th day god created humor...

An unheard evil...

Lober, in his genius, decided to shed light on the potential for evil that resides in clowns. Personally, I believe clowns are just more misguided than the average individual and their potential for evil lies in the fact that their minds have been relieved of all boundaries in an attempt to entertain the youth to its full potential. However, Lober overlooked one of the most dangerous oponents of law, order, sanity, fashion, and cosmetics: MIMES.
If the mimes decided to take over, we would not even be able to see the weapons they were using. Perhaps you buy kevlar to protect against the mime invasion, then the mime switches to a crossbow, then what? I'll tell you what, you die, and most embarrasing of all no one else sees the arrow in your chest so they think you're just being lame and sleeping on the ground with a kevlar vest on. These beings not only match clowns in their mental capacity for chaos and (for lack of a better term) weirdness, they have an infinite arsenal limited only by their creativity (like Kyle Rayner the newest Green Lantern). The government should publish a new color code on the terrorist watch alert, black/white striped. CONSTANT VIGILANCE!

Quote of the day:
"Yvan eht nioj? Why that's just one of those silly phrases that don't make sense. Like 'abracadabra' and 'give peace a chance'."
